Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your workspace settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens after the trial ends?
After 14 days, you'll be asked to choose a paid plan or continue on the free Starter plan. Your data is never deleted.
Is my data isolated from other companies?
Absolutely. Each organization runs in a completely isolated data environment. Your data is never shared with or visible to other tenants.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. Invoice payment is available on Enterprise plans.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — on the Growth and Enterprise plans you can point your own domain (e.g. support.yourcompany.com) to your workspace.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. Contact hello@leafva.me for refund requests.
